Product Description
Moorepark are Soft, juicy, ‘fuzzless’ fruit of superb quality with a luscious flavour. Suitable for fresh eating straight off the tree but can also be bottled or dried. Processing grade are the ones that don’t quite make the cut for first grade but still taste just as yummy! These are great for making jam, chutney or bottling. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like the recipe for these or tips on how to process them.
We grow a selection of varieties including Sundrop and Clutha Sun. Apricots are available from the first week in January until the end of February. Our favourite variety is Moorpark, which has a lovely full apricot flavour. They are usually available at the end of January.
